The Aspen Group

A multi-year digital commerce program for a $4B healthcare organization, serving five brands across 1,400+ locations in 48 states: Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implants, WellNow Urgent Care, Lovet Pet Health Care, and Chapter Aesthetics Studio.

Key impact

Grew the engineering team from fewer than 5 to 30+ engineers
Re-platformed five brands onto shared packages, unifying six legacy stacks into one multi-tenant Next.js platform
Delivered Patient Portal 2.0 on an Auth0 identity platform with MFA, with 100K+ patient accounts in the first month
Launched fraud detection for online appointment booking, then intelligent scheduling and CMS 2.0

Peapod Digital Labs / Ahold Delhaize USA

Built and scaled the white-label e-commerce engine behind online grocery shopping for six store brands plus Peapod: Stop & Shop, Giant Food Stores, GIANT, Martin's, Food Lion, and Hannaford. The platform serves 20M+ weekly shoppers.

Consolidated seven fragmented storefronts onto one omnichannel, white-label platform
Architected GraphQL as middleware, unifying the web and native apps
Retired the ATG monolith and the AngularJS frontend
